Taksim Cihangir Fidan Residence Hotel

The staff was very friendly and answered all my requirements. The place is spacious and can easily accommodate three people, I mean family rooms. The cleanliness was average, but when I requested clean bed linens, my request was met quickly. The air conditioning was great and the staff were respectful. I don't regret choosing it, but I wished it had a beautiful view and an elevator inside. Its location is close to everything, the BIM and the market are on the same street. In general, it is good, but a bit old, but the price, in comparison to the service and location, I recommend it.

✅️ The location is awesome. Although it is located in the heart of Teksim area, it is very calm and you can enjoy sleeping without any noise. On the other side, 3 minutes walk to Teksim square and Istiqlal street which are popular. It is accessible to Taxis as well. ✅️ The room service was perfect and it was done everyday upon our own request when we were leaving the room. (You have to ask for it) ✅️ Staff are friendly and respectful and help with anything that you need. ✅️ The value for money was also excellent. I hope they continue their service with sustainable growth in quality.

The room was comfortable, and the location was incredibly close to Taksim and Istiklal street, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, promptly fixing a shower issue we encountered. Although the mini fridge in the room wasn't working optimally, it was still a nice addition. We requested daily cleaning, which was done, but I would recommend raising the cleaning standards slightly. Despite initial concerns from some online reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a budget-friendly yet good quality place.

This hotel was an exceptional experience for me. One of the main reasons for its excellence was the reception team, who were fluent in English, Turkish, and Persian. Especially a receptionist named Amir, who was always helpful, kind, and truly outstanding in his service. If I ever visit the hotel again, I will choose this hotel again mainly because of its reception staff, especially Amir. I sincerely thank the hotel management for having such professional and dedicated employees.

It was close to Taksim Square, so transportation was convenient. Major tourist attractions are also within a short distance. The staff is kind. It is a cost-effective accommodation. There is an elevator.
